Use of services
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with card network rules and applicable regulations.
Merchant obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, the goods and services you sell, and compliance with your customer agreements.
Fees & settlement
Fees are set out in your pricing agreement. Settlement timing and payout schedules are governed by your plan and applicable risk controls.
Prohibited activities
Fraudulent, illegal or high-risk activities prohibited by card networks or law are not permitted and may result in suspension.
Limitation of liability
Paysvara provides services on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
